Starting Mathoho Electrical from the ground, Mpho has become a prominent business man having secured big projects such as Electrical Installations and maintenance of Olievenhoutbosch Clinic & Library, Thatchfield townhouses, Tshwane Home (Municipality) etc.

Mpho background includes Electrical Engineering, Electrical Trade Theory and Practical. Besides technical knowledge, Mpho has also studied towards numerous managerial and leadership courses.
